About Me
Hi, this is me, Lucy, the face behind In Search of Faerie Nuff.
I have created for as long as I can remember, having been taught to knit and embroider as soon as I was big enough to hold a needle safely!
Having grown up watching Blue Peter, back in the good old days, boy do I sound old!! I developed a love of creating pretty things.
Before I made the move into mixed media art, I used to make beaded jewellery and earrings from semi precious stones, and sold them through a local gift shop and health food shop in Somerset, where I used to live.
My journey with Faerie Nuff started back in November 2015, and I am so happy knowing that my pieces are now being loved in homes all over the world, from Canada and the Falkland Islands to New Zealand and Scotland.
When not creating I will often be found reading and gardening, but not at the same time, or out exploring the beautiful Hampshire countryside with my husband Andy, a keen hobby photographer, some of his photographs feature on the blank greetings cards.
